Charlie Montgomery, born and raised in Waco, TX and graduated from Midway High School. Charlie has grown up in the construction industry with his grandfather who owned one of the largest tile companies in Central Texas. Charlie has had his hands in all aspects of construction from creating the mold for the iconic Baylor Bear on Floyd Casey Stadium to building the ever growing franchise of the Bush's Chicken locations. Charlie loves riding his Harley Davidson and taking long trips around the great state with his wife Tonya. One of his favorite getaways is fishing on Lake Limestone. He also loves to hunt when the season comes around.
Austin Montgomery was born in Ft. Worth, TX and grew up in Lorena, TX where he graduated from Lorena High School. With Austin's father Charlie owning and operating the company, he grew up with tools in his hands and learned the trade at an early age. Austin has many years in the commercial & residential roofing industry. He has worked across the southern states specializing in the single ply roofing systems. He has also worked in the oil & gas industry operating heavy equipment. Austin loves being around his family and friends. He is very involved in his church Crossroads Fellowship of Lorena, where he serves in kids ministry and missions. In his downtime, he loves spending time with his wife Erin, son Jacks and their three dogs. He also enjoys riding around the farm on the Can-am, as well as hunting and fishing.

Sterling Shepperd, born and raised in Waco, TX graduated from Midway High School. He served 7 years in the United States Marine Corps followed by 2 years as a government contractor. Afterwards he served 5 years as a Police Officer and decided to make a career change to spend more time with his family and to move back to his home town. He is married to his elementary school sweetheart Ashley. They have three children named: Adeline Grace; Georgia Scout and Shooter Michael. They also have an Australian Shepherd named Sunny. Sterling finds ways to include his family into his passions which are: backpacking; hunting and competitive shooting.
Phil Gustafson was born and raised in Houston, TX. After graduating from Stratford High School, he went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1985. Phil has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, including building automation, HVAC and controls. He has spent the last 11 years as a flat and low slope roof expert and has projects totaling more than 6 million square feet. Phil specializes in high wind coastal applications as well as historic renovations. Phil is also a pilot and an aircraft owner and travels the state of Texas for Montgomery Construction inspecting roofs and providing value added solutions to building owners, municipalities, school districts and counties. Phil lives in Lago Vista, TX, with his wife and daughter and they spend their time spilt between boating on Lake Travis and the beaches of the Gulf Coast.
Tonya Montgomery, born and raised in Waco, TX . She graduated from Midway High School. Tonya is very hard working and will work along side the best workers. Tonya enjoys coming to job sites and helping with the job. She is the backbone of the company keeping all the accounting in line (as well as the family). She is very adaptive to change and can get right in there to help get the job done. She is one of the greatest assets to our company. Tonya loves to spend time with her grand kids and kids as well as riding on the Harley with her husband, Charlie. She also likes to get out and catch a few fish at times.
Kris Bawcom was born in Waco, TX and raised in Lorena, TX where he graduated from Lorena High School. During high school, Kris was involved with FFA and livestock showing in addition to playing football for the Lorena Leopards. Currently, Kris has 2 1/2 years experience as a roofing project superintendent. Kris has also been a member of the Lorena Volunteer Fire Department for the past 6 years. In his free time, Kris enjoys spending time with his friends and family as well as hunting and fishing.
Colton Montgomery, born in Waco, TX grew up in Groesbeck, TX and graduated from Groesbeck High School. Colton went through high school competing in Ag Mechanics competitions across the state. During his junior and senior year, he designed and custom built two goose neck flatbed trailers. He very skilled in welding and fabricating metal as well as framing and finishing carpentry work. Like his brother Austin, he also grew up working with his father Charlie, learning everything he can. Colton loves spending his time fishing and hunting...not only for game, but for arrow heads as well.
Director of Accounting
Fred Clement, born and raised in Berwyn, IL moved to Texas in 1984. Fred received his Bachelors in Accounting in 1989 from 4-C College in 1989. He has 12+ years of retail management experience in addition to 25 years of bookkeeping and administration work. Fred has been happily married to his wife Dashelle for 33 years. Together they share 2 daughters, Selina and Hailey. In his free time, Fred enjoys spending time with his 3 grandsons, hunting/camping and motorcycles.
